Philippe Darmayan
Philippe Darmayan has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Aperam by the Company's Board of Directors on 19 September 2011, effective 1 December 2011. Philippe Darmayan was the CEO of ArcelorMittal’s Distribution Solutions division between January 2005 and November 2011. After joining Arcelor in 2002, he led as CEO the integration and transformation of the newly merged producer of stainless steel, Ugine & ALZ. Prior to joining the steel industry, he held various management positions in the aluminium businesses of Pechiney Group, which he joined in 1996. Earlier, he was plant director and managing director of Franco-Belge de Fabrication de Combustibles, a subsidiary of Framatome. Philippe Darmayan is a graduate of French business school HEC.
Clênio Afonso Guimarães
Clênio Guimarães took over as CEO of Aperam South America on 14 December 2010 and since May 2008 he had been working as Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Long term employee, from 2005 to 2008 he held the position of General Manager of Stainless Steels. He was manager of Meltshop (2002 to 2005) and Continuous Improvement areas (1997 to 2002). In 1995 and 96 he worked as assistant to the president of Sifco, a company that was then controlled by former Acesita (now Aperam South America). He holds a degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto and is a post-graduate in Marketing Management from UBEC - União Brasiliense de Educação e Cultura (Unileste/MG unit). He holds an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral and in 2008, he took part in the Pioneer program, a Leadership Development Program of ArcelorMittal University.
Julien Jean Maurice François Onillon
Mr. Julien Onillon was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2010. Mr. Onillon worked as an Equity Analyst between 1994 and 2000 at BNP Paribas and Detroyat Associés where he covered a variety of sectors, including pan-European materials and basic resources. Prior to joining the Mittal Steel as Head of Investor Relations in June 2005, Mr. Onillon spent five years acting as the Head of Global Steel Research at HSBC. Mr. Onillon is a graduate of the University of Bordeaux I in Bordeaux, France and the University of London (RHBNC) and holds a degree in Physical Chemistry. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Bretagne in Brest, France and a Master's degree from the Société Française des Analystes Financiers in Paris.
Timoteo Di Maulo
Mr. Timoteo Di Maulo has served as Chief Executive Officer - Services & Solutions since 2008. In 1990, Mr. Di Maulo joined Ugine Italia, where he held various positions in the controlling, purchasing and sales departments. While at Ugine Italia, he successfully implemented and launched the ERP System "", across all of Ugine"s subsidiaries worldwide. In 1996, Mr. Di Maulo joined Ugine"s Commercial Direction in Paris where he was in charge of its Industry and Distribution division. Mr. Di Maulo was subsequently named Service Division Industrial Director in 1998 and took on additional responsibilities as Chief Executive Officer of the German SSC, RCC. In 2000, Mr. Di Maulo was named Chief Executive Officer of U&A Italy, a role which gave him full responsibility for its mill sales network and its two Italian SSCs. Mr. Di Maulo was then appointed Chief Executive Officer of ArcelorMittal"s Stainless Europe Service Division in 2005 and, in 2008, of ArcelorMittal Stainless International (which included the division"s worldwide mill sales network, all distribution and processing centers and ArcelorMittal Stainless Europe"s tube mills and precision strips). Mr. Di Maulo is a graduate of Politecnico di Milano in Milan and holds an M.B.A. from Bocconi University in Milan.

Christophe Carel
Christophe Carel holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science and Automation from the École Supérieure d'Informatique Electronique Automatique in Paris, France. He began his career in 1996 at the Ardoise (Ugine) steelworks, then in Arcelor, as the Continuous Casting manager. From 1999 to 2003, he worked in Brazil, where he held various positions in the then Acesita in Timoteo, acting in the Steelmaking and Cold Rolling areas. After, he returned to Europe, where he served as Continuous Improvement manager in the Genk plant, Belgium, and then as the Annealing and Pickling Line manager. In late 2006, he was transferred to the Châtelet plant, where starting in July 2007, he occupied the post of Steelmaking Director. In June 2009, he was appointed as the director of the Gueugnon plant and, in February 2012, the Executive Director of Aperam Stainless France. Since September 2012, he took over as Production Director of Aperam South America.
Frederico Ayres Lima
Mr. Lima is Commercial and Logistics Director. He joined the former Acesita in 1996 and worked as Metallurgical Engineer at the Meltshop of Timóteo plant until 2000. From 2001 to 2003 he worked as trader (sales to external market). From 2004 to 2006, as an expatriate in France, he worked as Sales Manager at Arcelor Stainless International and as Export Manager at former Ugine & ALZ, now ArcelorMittal Stainless Europe. On his return to Brazil, he occupied the positions of Export Manager and General Manager of Electrical and Carbon Steels Business.
Mr. Lima holds a Metallurgical Engineering degree from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais - UFMG, where he graduated in 1995. He has a Master's degree in Metallurgy (UFMG), he is a post-graduate in Business Management at Fundação Dom Cabral and also holds an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
Marc Ruppert
Mr. Marc Ruppert is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Aperam South America. He started his career at Arbed in 1986 as Financial Analyst. He held various Financial positions within the Arbed/Arcelor Group in Luxembourg, in the United States and in Brazil. In 2006, he took the responsibility for Controlling and Continous Improvement for ArcelorMittal Long Carbon Americas. In 2011, he became Director Finance and Administration of ArcelorMittal BioFlorestas. Marc Ruppert graduated as Commercial and Management Engineer from the Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium.
Ilder Camargo
Ilder Camargo da Silva joined the group in 1978 as metallurgical technician. He worked as specialist at the Electrical Steel Process Control department until late 1984. Prior to occupying the position of Maintenance Manager, he worked as specialist in the areas of Maintenance, Automation and Process Control. In 1994 he was a leader of TOP (Total Operational Performance) program at ArcelorMittal Stainless Brazil (a cost reduction program developed with McKinsey's support), followed by an assignment as Electrical Steel Cold Rolling Manager, from November 1995 to December 2002. In January 2003, Ilder became Executive Manager in charge of SAP implementation, prior to being promoted to General Manager at ArcelorMittal Stainless Brazil, in January 1995, in charge of IS/IT, Continuous Improvement and Quality Management System. Prior to taking over his current position, Ilder was a Continuous Improvement Director of the Stainless Segment and Stainless Europe.
Ilder Camargo da Silva holds a Master's degree from UFMG (Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais) and a BSc degree in Electrical Engineering, in Brazil.
