Community work is in the essence of ArcelorMittal Inox Brasil's identity, since the history of the Company is deeply integrated into the history of the city.
Initially assuming an almost centralizing role in the city that welcomed the Company in the 40's, the Company, today, through its Foundation, sees community work as community development. Therefore, it executes it together with the citizens, valuing their initiatives and promoting the invigoration of the existing associations.
To manage its performance in a systematized way, it works in partnership with the community's several sectors - through proactive methodologies - in three great slopes: the Program is Vale Cidadania, the Program Andanças, in search of new roads, and the Community Development Program.
