Vocational Training Center

Dedicated to the qualification of Apprentices, the Vocational Training Center is one of the most traditional institutions in Brazil for technical-industrial education. It offers mechanics and electronics courses. In addition to technical qualification, students receive information about behavior in the workplace, involving all standard programs of Aperam South America in the areas of quality, safety and certifications.

Professional Exchange
The program searches for experience and skills in the units of Aperam Group through specific internship programs to develop learning on topics of interest to the Company, such as new technologies, processes and methodologies that bring effective results for the operation and evolution of Aperam South America.

 

Expatriation
The purpose of this program is to promote international mobility as a factor of professional and personal development in Aperam Group, and to prepare future holders of key positions.

 

Specialization Programs
Postgraduate programs (specialization, master's and doctoral degrees) are considered as a way to develop skills needed for the Company's processes and business.

 

Development Programs
Qualification programs for the development of skills and knowledge about management models, as well as technical-functional models, adapted to the real needs of the Company.

 

Language Immersion Course
It is intended to speed up the processe of acquisition and fluency in foreign languages to be used in the day-to-day activities and to reinforce the inclusion of Aperam South America's executives into the global market.

Aperam South America permanently invests in the training and qualification of its employees. The results of such investment can be measured by the high functional mobility that has been registered in the Company.
